    78 GS1000 Neutral Indicator

So on my 78 GS1000 I've pretty much rewired the whole thing, and had to replace to speedometer (the one the original owner had didn't have a backlight or headlight/turn signal indicator so it wasn't 'legal'). My new speedometer has a neutral light indicator and I know the original GS's speedo had one as well. However I was not able to find the blue wire anywhere. I've reworked a lot of the wiring and connectors on this bike but still nothing. Any suggestions?

Just run a wire from the neutral light switch straight to the bulb. The bulb should have permanent 12v when ignition is on, the neutral light switch just provides the ground.

Just remember, an opinion without 3.14 is just an onion!
