The PO put dielectric grease in all the connectors that I've pulled apart so far. Who knows what tool I need to extract the pins from their connectors?

I don't think it's a one size fits all. You might want to order a few different sizes.Ed

I had fairly good luck with this one, but be careful how much side torque you put on the extractor pins. They WILL bend (don't ask me how I know)
