GS250x TSCC Won't start, completely dead

Hi everyone! This is my first post on here and I am hoping some of you experts can offer me some advice. I bought a gs250x at the beginning of the summer and it ran great. Slight leaking from the petcock but nothing super major. I worked on the aesthetics a little bit (it was a cafe project by the original owner) and didn't really mess with anything too technical. Last week, I finally decided it was time to start riding, and rode for about an hour, when I accidentally stalled at a stop sign (I am new to riding). I got it home and tried to jump the battery with my car, which I later learned is a terrible idea. Not only was the car on, but I revved the engine a little bit, just out of sheer idiocy. The bike ran after that but when I rode it an hour later, I stalled it again and now is completely dead. The electric started doesn't make so much as a click, and none of the lights show any signs of life. I know that I am quite the dumbass but any tips as to where to start looking would be great. I located the plug in fuse (I can't seem to find any classic glass fuses) and it looks alright? I just honestly don't know where to begin. Thanks a ton

Do you have a multimeter or can you gain access to one? If so, start checking the battery voltage and confirm the fuses are good to start with. Then we can start with the serious troubleshooting.

Motocasey electrical issues are common to the GS series of bikes.
You likely have a charging problem. Get a cheap meter to check thing better yet borrow one.
Do a search on the stator papers and run the tests.

An hour is about how long these things run with charged up battery but with failed charging system . Go here do the quick test and report all 6 results. Stsrt with fully charged battery
