    1979 gs850 condenser specs

Can anyone tell me if both ignition condensers (close to the points) are supposed to be identical for a 1979 gs850 ? Looked in Clymer and Haynes shop manuals for specs but haven't found any for the condensers.
    Thank you,

I reckon they should be the same. There are a number of reasons why they might be different.
Someone who either didn't know what they were doing or couldn't care less replaced one.
The correct one was not available.
Someone who knew what they were doing replaced a coil and decided it needed a different condensor.
Someone was experimenting to see if pitting on the points could be reduced by going up a size.
Is it just that they are physically different or is the capacity itself different?
What if any numbers have you got on them 0.2 mF or something like that ?
