      Agreed, I was actually looking into heated grips or gloves/socks today and would need a separate controller for them. I may just take the money I would put towards a controller and get one of these. I've wondered why there are very few smart phone connected devices and apps like this.

      Thanks for sharing, guess I know what I'll be wanting for Christmas this year. I've looked a bit at posplayr's SSPB and haven't needed one yet, and this has a few other features that I'd like to integrate as well and I could eliminate my stand alone voltmeter and I love the idea of being able to customize set points and warnings if an item goes under or over voltage. Looks like there are 2 versions available, not sure what the differences are.

      I wonder how well it would work without a cell signal, I have a couple of old iPhones that I wouldn't mind putting to use. My guess is the GPS functions wouldn't work, but I could always use my personal Hotspot to share my cell signal from my new iPhone as well....
