    No Power

After cleaning out front brake light contacts (in handlebar), I was trying to reassemble the brake assembly. I heard a fizzing noise/pop and all the lights on the bike went out. Nothing: no lights, no spark, nothing! I haven't had a chance to look at it since, wondering if anyone had any ideas for what to look at first?? I'll post pics when I get home.

Cause and effect. Check the 12v + wiring to the switch you were working on, it probably got shorted to ground somehow.
