    Fuel level float turn on light

    Is it possible to make a GS1000 fuel level float activate a light when there is a gallon of fuel remaining in the tank?

    I have Katana gauges on my 1000 so no fuel gauge, I could simply do the odometer thing but I would like a light also.

    I would rather trust my bike to a technician that reads the service manual than some backyardigan that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix things.

        I can't vouch for that one, it just came up with a search. The principle seems simple enough, but a unit where somebody else has done all the messing around needed to make it work with a variety of sensors seems worth the relatively little money they're asking.
