    Cancelling Unit Mod/ removal

Its been awhile since Ive been on this site new member again. I was looking to do a mod that I saw on this forum awhile back on a 78 GS1000 where you could eliminate the cancelling unit and put in two flasher units. I actually did this for my Suzuki GS1000 and was gonna see if I could do this for a buddies GS1100, but I don't know what wires I eliminate and which to connect the flasher units to. If anybody knows how to wire this together or knows where on the forum the old thread was please help. Thanks again

The 1100 will have a unit that is DRASTICALLY different than your '78.

Why do you want to remove the cancelling function?
Is the unit defective and does not cancel?
Does it not work at all?
It is something that is simply not desired?

If it is something that is simply not desired, just unplug the control unit from the flasher, you will have strictly manual signals.
If it is defective and does not cancel, you already have manual signals.
If it does not work (and you want it to), determine whether it is the control unit or the flasher at fault.
If you simply don't want it, either ignore it or unplug the control unit, as in remedy #1.

There is no need for multiple flashers with this system.
