    Hi again,
I put in a new stator from OEM cycles and a used rotor. I ran the checks to see if I have 75 volts on a AC voltmeter and come up short 61-71 volts. My battery is not recharging. Is there another test I can do or is change the stator and start over?

60+ AC volts is adequate.. Did you happen to measure the AC vokts from any stator lead to a good bike ground on same meter setting? You want close to 0 volts.
If battery isn't being charged to at least 13 vokts, it seems that your r/r isn't happy or your connections are wrong.
