    Anyone have a ROTOR ASSY Part # 31402-49330 83 gs750e??

    How do these get burnt out? it looks fine but Im not getting the full charge. Do the magnets lose their strength?

    If anyone has one to sell let me know. Thank you

    how did you determine it's the rotor, did you perform the checks on the stator pages ?

      It's unlikely to be a rotor problem - unless you see physical damage to rotor. Your stator windings need to be checked...

      Do this test.. Disconnect stator leads from r/r. with your multimeter set on 200vac scale (or same scale that you would use for house outlet) While running bike to about 4k to 5k rpms, measure stator lead to stator lead and note the 3 readings. At same time and same meter scale, put one meter probe on any stator lead and other probe on good bike ground - you want to see a very low voltage reading, 0 would be best.

        I had just replaced the stator and tested that its good and I am still just getting about 16 volts of the wires coming from the stator so I assumed the rotor isnt working fully.

          How are you testing this new stator? As mentioned above or some more creative way? This is high frequency AC output - you need to test step by step and not jump to conclusions
