Recommended battery and spark plugs for 81 GS650?

In the final stages of my rebuild and need to pick up a battery along with swap out the spark plugs that have been sitting in the engine for 10+ years.

I tried a couple searches but failed to find anything.

    Thanks!

Edit: Bike is an E model.

Get yourself an AGM type battery, If you have a Battery an Bulbs + they can look it up for you. Spark plugs, NGKs D8EAs at .28 gap

New SS fasteners through out. Rebuilt carbs, new EBC clutch springs and horn installed. New paint. Motor runs strong.

Note that "AGM" is a battery construction style, not a brand name.
