I recently bought a 1987 GS450L, and after cleaning the carbs and getting it running and everything, we figured out it was running on only one cylinder. Checked the voltage and everything seems fine, however the left ignition coil is getting very warm, while the right is staying at a relatively okay temp. We pulled the wiring harness and have been checking all the connections and most everything seems fine. Could this be a ground issue? Maybe an ignition coil issue?
