    The instructions for the Dyna S are available online and it doesn't show the ignitor (your bike doesn't have a CDI) in the circuit.

          The ignitor can be removed. It serves no purpose if you install a Dyna S.

              Hope someone can help I'm at a loss now with how bike is running. I've got a custom 4into 2 pipe k&n pod filters stage 3 dyno jet kit .bike still runs very poor all way through the rev range .i had bike on dyno for a run he told me it was running lean but he thought bike had other issues as its only making 27bhp ? He told me to lift needles up 2 notches which now puts them on bottom notch .also told me to put bigger mains in so i went with 155 which were biggest in kit all this made no diffrence at all .ive been in contact with dyna jet. Showed them the print out of the dyno run he told me to put 170 main jets in which still have made no difference. So now im thinking it could be timing issue its got electronic ignition on standard suzuki with ignitor box .is there away to test if these are faulty .bike does have a great blue spark .ive also got dyna green colis fitted .when bike is running it ticks over great.but when riding bogs down pops and bangs when trying to accelerate. Some times it clears itself and goes for a split second then bogs down again. Any ideas anyone .I was thinking about buying dynatek ignition. But don't want to keep chucking money at it if that's not the issue thanks Mike

                27 hp is not a jetting issue. Have you adjusted the valves and done a compression test? One other thing to do is grab the spark advance rotor and make sure it rotates freely and snaps back when released. If those things are okay most likely the ignition is cutting out resulting in dropped cylinders.

                  Hi just got a compression tester results were number 1 =140psi.
                  2=135psi
                  3=140psi
                  4=150psi
                  This was with throttle wide open all spark plugs in .except the one I was testing .not checked valves yet .but do these results seem ok ??

                    Excellent compression. Be sure to adjust the valves so it stays that way. Valve adjustment is NOT optional.
