It appears that Suzuki lists this as:
    20
    CONTROL UNIT, TURN SIGNAL
    38830-49500 38830-49X00
    $206.78

Shop our large selection of Suzuki OEM parts, original equipment manufacturer parts and more online or call at 800-595-4063

People on fleaBay often spam all sorts of unrelated keywords when they don't know what a part is. It's up to you to figure out what the hell it really is.
    1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.
    2005 KLR685, Aztec Pink - Turd II.3, the ReReReTurdening
2015 Yamaha FJ-09, Magma Red Power Corrupts...

Please provide details. The GSR Hive Mind is nearly omniscient, but not yet clairvoyant.

While you are at it, get the term "CDI box" out of your vocabulary.

"CDI" is "Capacitive Discharge Ignition", which is a system that charges a large capacitor, then discharges it through the spark plugs. All GSes have standard "Inductive Discharge Ignition", but nobody ever uses that term, they just call the inductive discharge units "coils". You have a standard COIL ignition system on the bike. What you are calling a "CDI box", is just the box of transistors that control the electrical flow through the coils, causing them to discharge. Older bikes used points to do the same thing, your bike uses a box of transistors. Suzuki calls that box and "ignitor", even though it doesn't really "ignite" anything.

Well forgive me if I confused anyone. I only referred to it as a CDI because that seems to be the common name for it when I look it up online. I have read that people refer to it as igniter, cdi, ecu, etc... But again my electrical knowledge is not much. learning as I go here. but thank you for educating me on this.
