Blinker problem 82gs1100g
Okay I'm stuck. Have this gs1100g and took off the back end.. installed OEM blinkers on back and I finally got them wired up(to what I believe is correct) BUT the front blinkers act as running lights and I cant get them to blink when I use the blinker switch. Troubleshooting, i can get them to blink, but only all four at the same time. I'm totally stuck.. -

The front lights should be dual-pin bulbs, likely #1157. They do, indeed, have a running light function when the dimmer filament is connected to the brown wire in the headlight shell. The rear lights should be single-pin bulbs, likely #1156, and will be turn signals only. The left signal (front and rear) should be connected to the black wire, the right signal (front and rear) should be connected to the green wire.
Although you say you have OEM signals, please verify the bulbs inside.
