Hi all,
I have a 1985 Suzuki GS700ES with running and starting problems. I have searched and searched in forums for related issues but cant find anything related to my bike, maybe not typing in correct search? anyhow it was running fine and I decided to powder coat the valve covers and engine covers. I installed everything back and wrote down how I had my plugs hooked up and could not find it. I hooked them up (guessed) and bike would start but extremely low power and only with choke fully on and would not rev. I went ahead and cleaned carbs to make sure no gas gunk was clogging anything so those are clean as a whistle. I switched wires a different way and tried to start and it blew a 10 amp fuse. I've been trying to do things myself but stuck and frustrated. Been trying to figure it out for 3 weeks now searching web and forums. I am a novice but learning as I go. Any help is appreciated!!!!
