    Looking for an old post

Befor the forum was moived to the new server, someone had posted the charts with the various models and engine numbers..This showed the starting production number for the bikes. Like i remember that the 750s started with a 10,000 number. I also think the site was something like ozebook.com or something. If this jogs any memories could you please repost that stuff..I wanna look up what my 1000 and my 1100 production numbers are.
    MY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)
    1978 GS 1000 E, 1979 GS 1000 S, 1973 Yamaha TX 750, 1977 Kawasaki KZ 650B1, 1975 Honda GL1000 Goldwing, 1983 CB 650SC Nighthawk, 1972 Honda CB 350K4, 74 Honda CB550

NEVER SNEAK UP ON A SLEEPING DOG..NOT EVEN YOUR OWN.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

If you go to the Z1 site it tells you the beginning #s for both the chassis and engine per year of production.

      Hi,

Yes, Z1 has some of that information. I think this site is what you're looking for (it's a link in the "mega-welcome)...

      http://www.ozebook.com/compendium/su...nos/engnos.htm

If you can translate a few German words, the
SUZUKI-Rahmennummern (Version 2.1) chart might be helpful...

      Than you for your indulgence,

      BassCliff
