    Bent Brake Pedal

My 1977 GS750 was knocked over and has brake pedal bent towards the engine, was just wondering would bending it back with a mole wrench be Ok or will that snap it, are they designed to be pliable?

    thanks

I have bent back brake levers before.
It's not hardened steel it will bend with enough force. That's why it is bent now.

It will not quite go back to the "As new" condition and the finish will suffer. But it will sit under your foot, not rub on anything and work.

I did mine in a workbench vise using a long closed wrench.

Thanks for the reply, im going to cover it with cloth so i dont scratch it

Rear drum or disk? I have a really nice bake lever for sale from a disc. It also comes with the master cylinder, spline lever and switch.
