Clutching like a boss -- or not.
Hello there!
I've had my bike for a month or so and its been running great, but I'd recently noticed a certain stiffness in the clutch.
The bike would require noticeable force to shift gears, would not shift into neutral easily when running, and occasionally have an inability when shifting from first into second (which can be quite terrifying for new riders).
After that first scare I immediately did some snooping about.
My question is essentially this : when buying new clutch cables, how do we determine what is the correct cable?
Now I have obviously seen some e-bay postings and seen cables for bikes, only one posting on ebay for my specific model.
This is my starter bike and I am quite openly noobish about it. I look forward to some replies since I've already found a wealth of knowledge on this site.

Thats the clutch -- Its currently hanging on by one thread - desperate need of replacement.
Thats the bike in ratty condition, gonna make her shine.
Will redo that seat as soon as all performance issues are taken care of.
