    Cheap spark plug thread?

I could have sworn that there was a thread on here recently about a website with cheap spark plugs... Can't find the thread now! Plugs were like 30 cents a piece or something?

I've searched for "cheap plugs" and "cheap spark plugs" and came up with nothing.

Anyone know what site it was?

        Thanks Jeep.

Ed, did they give you a reason? I'm assuming because of the price?

That's what I figured. Oh well, I'll just get them locally then.

                Autozone has them pretty cheap.

Getting plugs for 30 cents would be nice, but they are less than two bucks, normally, and last for several years. They are already virtually free.

Steve, how many sparks for a dollar is that?

                      Stock gearing or modified?

On my bike, it's right at 43 million per dollar.

4300 RPM at 60 mph means 4300 sparks per mile, per plug (yes, I am counting the 'wasted' spark, too)
Multiply by 20,000 miles for the life of the plug (sometimes even more)
Divide by the $2 for the plug.

                      .
