    Tire Sizing and Fork Seals

I have been doing some maintenance on my 1977 GS 750 I'm replacing the front tire and fork seals. First of all my tire sizing for my bike is 3.25H-19PR which is calculated to be 100/80H19. But I would like to put 100/90H19 tire on my front end does any one know if it would work or has worked for them? I wasn't sure if it would fit without rubbing the splash gaurd. My other question is does anyone know where I can buy good fork seals and wipers not crappy ones? I have seen a lot of reviews websites for these and have not heard a lot of good things.

A 100/90-19 tire is a perfect fit on your bike...although I don't know about that "splash guard" business.

I totally agree with Ed. Having used just about every darn aftermarket brand seal made on various GSes, the only ones I've ever had that lasted worth a damn are OEM Suzuki. Some of those aftermarket brands didn't make it a week before they started weeping again. And I'm a nazi about cleaning and inspecting and replacing things in the forks when I do em, including removing any burrs from any pitting on the upper tubes, cause I only wanna do em once.
And because I only want to do em once, I only use OEM seals anymore.
