Foot Peg Rubber - Oopss... GONE!

Riding home the other day and I noticed that my right foot was slipping around a lot... looked down and found that the rubber had just bailed on my foot peg.

Can you purchase just the rubber for these, or do you have to buy the whole peg?

I've never really been very fond of the rubber look on these... are there any period specific "race inspired" replacements or ideas out there??

Have no issue keeping it stock, which is what I'll likely do, but you guys always have such great ideas, I figured I'd ask...

    Thanks,

Not sure, but the same thing happened to my Rear turn signal.
I heard something "clacking", then it stopped. I checked the kickstand, it was Up...so I kept riding!

Then my brother took the Same bike to the store later...and he says HEY your turn signal is out in the ****in road! Still have no idea how it magically broke off.

You have to get the whole peg but you can still buy them from the dealer.

      Part 6 on the fiche.

Not sure on fitment of aftermarket footpegs.

Just weld some steel spikes on and call it good.
