      The only issues I have seen with dielectric grease is people applying too much in water tight connectors and over time it pushes the connector apart, or pushes the wires back leaving a poor connection. I apply with a flux brush, you can push it in and around the contact parts of the connector without having to load up the connector.

      It will also stop a squealing belt on your truck, just a dap will do ya.
