    low power on top end

    alright the bike has power surges on top end when u go to hammer the throttle the carbs are rebuilt completly one of the first things i did . if u ease into the throttle its fine.

      new gaskets o-rings and seals and plugs

        or carbs were gone through and spark plugs are golden brown do i need to rejet

          Did you do a plug chop at the same throttle position as when it's "surging"? Hold it at that point for several seconds and then pull the clutch in and hit the kill switch. Coast to a stop and see what the plugs look like then.
