Oh, and you are missing your rear upper engine mount bolt in case you hadn't noticed. Cheers!
I changed the secondary gear oil

Nice editing, although bet it took you longer to edit and upload the video than it did to do the gear oil change. Gear oil smells nasty doesn't it?

A place like Harbor Freight that sells boxes of cheap Chinese crap for a low price. The same cheap Chinese gloves will likely cost about a pound per pair.Comment

A funnel and catch pan for the old oil - very fancy. Just roll it over a sewer like we do here in Flint.

We all had to start somewhere. You'll do fine as new things pop up lol.And I am ridiculously proud of myself! I haven't done anything like this before - I was just following BikeCliff's guide and it turned out fine
I realise this probably seems exceptionally amateur in the eyes of most people here but these are my first steps.
I made a video so I can remind myself what to do for next time

I'm not very good at making myself clear sometimes
I meant the engine sump where the motor oil goes.97 R1100R

About your inter-mitten spark on 2 cylinders. Unscrew the spark plug caps one at a time and cut about 1/4" off the end of the wire. Then screw the cap back on.
If you look in the cap when you remove it you will see a brass threaded post the screws into the end of the wire, check it with a flashlight and make sure that it is clean.
A little spit on the end of the wire when screwing the cap back on makes it a bit easier.
That is an easy process to do and can only improve the spark. If you do them one at a time you don't mix up the wires.
