Just a tip in case you don't know but about 90% of the broken off bolts I have delt with I was able to take out pretty easy by simply welding a nut to it. I have done it in aluminum and steel and about half were broken off below the surface about 1/8". Just turn Mig up really hot and put several tacks on top of the bolt until it is above the surface then weld the nut on top. Then just work it back and forth about 100 times and out she goes. The weld wont stick to aluminum so it works really good for that.

I don't own any welding tools. Might be time to invest. Any suggestions ?
