Older GS's tubeless ?
Anyone ever run tubeless tires on the older GS bikes ? My 1981 GS750EX has a tube . Was just wondering if tubeless will work on these older bikes . Thanks.1980 Suzuki GS550E, 1981 Suzuki GS 1100EX all stock, 1983 Suzuki GS 1100EX modified, 1985 GS1150E, 1998 Honda Valkyrie Tourer, 1971 Kawasaki Mach lll 500 H1, 1973 Kawasaki Mach lV 750 H2.Tags: None

Look at the wheel. Many are marked "Tubeless Tire Applicable", some are not.
That marking will guarantee compatability, but some have run tubless tires on non-marked wheels with success.
Depending on the bike model, Suzuki started marking the wheels in the '80 model year or so, starting with the larger bikes. They also mixed it up a bit, with one wheel marked and the other one not. I think that by the '82 model year, pretty much all wheels were marked for tubeless use.
