    Hey Steve,
    Thanks for the reply, thought I was the only one around here anymore! I've seen Z1 but it doesn't look as though they sell just the gaskets, though I guess I could email them and see if they'd sell them separately. I did not hit the tank with alcohol however I did set a heat gun in it for a good while, so far the tank looks pretty good.

      I found bowl and top gaskets on Ebay. Once I got them, it was clear to me the seller cut them out of gasket paper. Not bad for the price though.

        That's not a problem at all and likely better than rubber-type gaskets. I've had those shrink and rub the floats, which caused super-rich running and spillage at stops.
