Tach dead/dying - Clean and lube options Dry

    Hey Gang.

I'm starting a major teardown and rebuild and figured I'd start in the front and work my way back, making it shine and replacing what's been chicken-wired and bubble-gummed together.

So the tach on my '81 GS850 does move, technically, but it nowhere close to accurate. I have some WD-40 Dry Lube PTFE spray but wasn't sure if this would be appropriate or potentially cause issues.

What do you think? Good option? Bad idea?

    Thanks,

    Ken
