    Ajustable rear Shocks Question.

    Hi,

I have a 83 GS750T with Adjustable rear shocks and want to know the settings for the 4 adjustments?

    1 Softer ?
    2
    3
    4 Softer ?

Are there any other adjustments for them? Note they are stock.

The # settings are the rebound dampening, or rebound speed. at #1 the shock will rebound quick after being compressed, and at 4 it will rebound slower

Yup, us big guys prolly want it at 4. I'm 240 and it works for me. Luke, Keith, you fellow heavyweights agree?

I don't have the stock shocks on mine.
I went with Progressives with heavier springs.
The S has the HEAVY springs I had to custom order.

But if Jethro says #4, yup go with #4 for us heavier folks
