    frozen needle jet

fozen needle jet...tried carb cleaner and a little penetrating oil still no luck. I am worried about bending the brass needle jet by squeezing too hard with pliers.

    any suggestions?

If you've already gotten everything stripped off the carb body, you can soak the body with the jet in place and try and remove it after you've let it soak. Also, make sure that the brass washer that sits between the screw and the jet has been removed.
I didn't when I was rebuilding mine for the first time and bent the crap out of it before realizing it was there.

Try searching the site. I did a quick search and found a price ranging from $90 to $110. I'm not sure if this is the whole diaphram/piston assembly or not. The other thing to do is keep an eye on Ebay for whole carbs. You could probably get an entire set for around the same price and you'd have spares.

Also, you may want to post this as a new thread.
