Go back to the basics, if you haven't already

Are you getting a good spark on all cylinders?
Is gas getting to the bowls?
Are the float levels set correctly?
Was it running before you disassembled? If not, did you clean the carbs?
Are all the hoses on and connected properly?
Any other places where you might have significant air leaks that's making it too lean to start and run?

What all did you do when you went through the engine, and what have you tried so far?

The bike was running before Disassmble I have cleaned the carbs and Im getting good spark I think im just gone to tear it down and check the timing again just to be sure. Some one told me that if it was not exact it would be very hard to start.
