where to put a cylnder temp gauge

cylinder temperature indicator running off the head is a good idea particularly if you live in or travel through hot areas.[b]The cylinder head gauge is more accurate than the oil tank one since it hasn?t had as much time to cool.

Where (on the engine) does one place a temp gauge? I would really like to now how hot the old girl is. hmm that kinda sounds bad.
Also where on instrument cluster do ya'll put this gauge?

The kart racers use a thermocouple washer that is mounted under a spark plug. It reads to a small digital temp display that you can mount on your bars or wherever else your creativity can make it work.

thats a really cool idea. I guess you'd have to go to a kart shop of some sort? Would they sell it anywhere else?
