Need help, installing spacers in 1150 forks
I've cut some pvc spacers, 3/4" long, to go in my 1150's forks, along with the stock springs. The problem is, the spacers & caps seem to bottom out against something before they go far enough for the threads to catch. Haven't forced anything, worried about messing up some air fittings or something. Any ideas??? ThanksTags: None

I can tell you this ! when i installed some one my gs750l I used metal as i found some perfect dia spacers in a hardware drawer at the local lowes store. Withe the extra 3/4 hight i found them to be a mother #@#@## to push down and turn the caps at the same time but i finally got them in just keep pushing and turning !!
