      Kreem works, as well.

Just remember to clean/rebuild your petcock and add an inline fuel filter.

        Kreem

I had mine done at an independent bike shop for $80. I don't know what the stuff is but it's dark red and has worked well for 3 years. I've heard that Por15 is very good but I recall seeing some real horror stories regarding Kreem.....

I just finished Kreeming my tank and didn't have any problems. The only bad thing about the stuff is that it has MEK in it and that stuff will eat through anything.

            Yes

Yeah, I imagine following the directions is really important. It seems like several people said that Kreem would "peel off". Maybe they didn't prepare the tank properly before they applied it.

Sudco sells a product called Rustol that is not a liner at all. It removes the rust and treats the tank. Best of all it is reusable.

The trick to the Kreem kits or any tank liner is not to rush. Make sure the tank is perfectly clean and that you dry it out with the MEK. Cover all the surfaces with the last bottle, making sure to spin the tank around and cover the top inside the tank, etc.
Let it dry for an extended period of time. At least a few days. From my experience, the longer you let the liner set up in the tank, the better it holds up over time.
