    Compression on gs650

Does anyone know what the proper compression is on an '82 gs650g? I have heard 125 as a general number, but thought I'd check with you guys. I'm checking my compression this weekend and am wondering what I should be aiming for. Thanks.

Compression should be 130-160 psi according to Clymer but it also says that the engine should start with compression as low as 100.

It is just as important for them to be equal. If one is low the engine will not idle properly and be hard to tune.
1981 GS650G , all the bike you need
1980 GS1000G Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely

There should be no more than 25-30 psi difference between the highest and lowest - less is better.
