air intake gaskets
anybody know the exact procedure in installing the airbox to the carb. specifically concerning those outlet gaskets? Do you install the gaskets on the carb first then try to to pop them inthe airbox or do you try to put them on the carb while the gaskets are in the airbox???Tags: None

I install everything else first, then throw the carbs in last. Like most things, there might be more than one way to get the job done, but that's what I do.Currently bikeless

I installed the air filter with the middle 2 hoses in the air box. Then slid the outer 2 houses in after they were secure. I had to use a blow dryer to soften them up to put them together. Just a coupld of minutes and they were very pliable.
I tried installing the box and then connecting the hoses, but that was just plain frustrating. WHen I say hoses I mean the boots that go from the air box to the carbs.
