Air screws, 1980 GS850GL which way is lean?

I have been searching and have not gotten a definate answer on this. On my CV carbs (stock 1980 GS 850 GL) the screw that is on the block side of each carb on the top. Is that an air screw? Mixture screw? Which direction will make the mixture more lean? Clockwise or CCW?

I have gotten turned around ebwteen VM and CV carbs. This is the screw that is pointed out in teh carb cleaning series as Air screw on slide 7.

    Thanks in advance.

On CV Carbs the pilot screw adjusts the fuel, so turning it Cclockwise will lean the mixture.
