    Custom Machining

I find myself needing small custom metalwork on nearly a daily basis now that I am elbow deep in my GS700:

I have got a set of clip-ons that need spacers to fit my fork tubes.
I bought a DYNA 2000 ignition that needs a custom signal plate.
I need a tail light bracket.

Anybody do this kind of work or know anyone who does?

I don't know anything about these guys, but it's a neat idea if you can draw the part your self....

    Good Luck

        Richard,

I do this kind of work, maybe we can work something out. Do you have a drawing of what you want?

I don't have drawings now, but I could generate some for you. What format would you like them in electronic or good old fashioned paper. I could send you a AutoCAD file or scan in a hand drawing.

          Send me a PM. Thanks

I've been working on my 1985 GS700 off and on since last November:

          Red Frame
          K&N Filters
Dyna 2000 Ignition and Dyna Coils
          Electrex Stator and R/R
          1992 GSXR 1100 Exhaust
          Stainless Brake Lines
          LED taillight
          Bobbed seat

Here is a shot of the progrees so far:

You'll notice a little Photoshop magic in my avatar; the frame my be bobbed in cyberspace, but in the real world it is still hanging way out there (a little wishful thinking).

          Coming Soon:

          Bobbed frame
          2002 GSXR clip-ons
          New Paint
