    Well now I know why I got no compression on #1. I pretty much knew that NO compression had to be worse than just tight valves or stuck rings...but this is worse than I thought. At least now I've got new parts for my "wall of shame"

      I wonder how it ended up with two siezed cylinders. Maybe the two left carbs are way too lean?

        Thanks for the reply Steve, I just started a new "Post mortem" thread so maybe we can figure this out or at least come up with some ideas.
