Okay here's we stand... I just bought a 1981 GS750T with 11,000 miles on it... It has been sitting for 3 years. I coaxed it to start using starting fluid, but it ran for only about about 20 seconds... So the carbs need to be cleaned. Are the carbs the same between all of the GS750's? Between the different years and models (ie L, T, etc)?

if you're in montreal, i have the same engine as you with perfect carbs, and im about to throw the bike away as soon as i get my 1150 running. maybe we can do some parts exchanges?Comment
