There are 5 fuses..... in order from top to bottom,, here is the amperage;
10a
10a
10a
15a
10a
Its good to buy some spares while your at it, in case they ever blow, and your stuck!

Woah. That's frightening. I have a couple of 30As in there a 15A and a 10A. I think I'm in this order: 30A, 15A, 30A, 10A, 15A. I think I need to make a change here.
And I know all about blowing fuses and being stuck. And for some reason Wal Mart has every fuse but the one I need.....at 4 AM.

I go to the auto parts store and buy the set, couple of 10a, and 15a.
You could use a 15a in a 10a spot, just don't leave it in.
Is this al lof a sudden blowing fuses? Or did you change anything, light headlight?Keith

I had a wreck and had to replace the instrument cluster. I did the headlight bulb at the same time. After that the high beam wouldn't work. I tired it anyway the other night and it killed the bike. It had blown the fourth fuse down (second form the bottom) Now the fuse will blow every few miles. I think it's in the wiring that goes to the back of the ignition switch. If I jiggle it sometimes the fuse will blow immediately and if i jiggle it again it will not blow for a while. Sometimes it's long enough to ride the bike home and sometimes just long enough to turn it around. I really just need to check out the wiring.
I had lost track of the fuses when I was borrowing them the other night on the side of the road. I eventually got some jumper wires and blade style fuses from wal-mart to limp home on and have had one test ride since buying the correct (I thought) fuese, with similar results.

I don't remember the wattage but it's a Silverstar H4 bulb.
I replaed the bulb and the cluster around the same time and the high beam hasn't worked since. I think the reason for the high beam not working is in the used cluster I put on. I'm in the market for another one.
I've got bare wire showing on the back of my ignition switch though and I think that's why my fuse is blowing. I just need to get down 'n' dirty with a test light.

HI
Number 4 is the main fuse..
Power from battery to fuse 4 then up to ignition,then back to
fuse 1-2-3.
fuse 1-lights ++
fuse 2-lights ++
fuse 3-engine ++
fuse 4-main
fuse 5-direct from battery for extras.
I think your total wattage is to high.
