I have seen them on Ebay before, but I have been pretty broke since moving into my house I haven't even looked.

        Would a 79 GS550 airbox fit it?

Yup 550's are four cyl. One guy on fleabay's been trying to sell a gs450 airbox for a couple of months. keeps relisting it. Search for "gs450" and it'll come up, listed as "gs450 gs 450 parts" or something generic like that.

That and a rusty battery tray, right? Those two items kept coming up and I stupidly clicked them every time as they had NO descriptions in the title.

Many thanks, that airbox is now mine. Although it smells like a cat *@%^$*@%^$*@%^$*@%^$ed in it!

These bikes will run on just about any form of feline urine, or so I've read...

Thank you for finally buying that thing. Now all of us can stop clicking through on it! BTW, if you run across a good 1985 450L tank, I'm in need!
