Best source for aftermarket ignition coils & wires

After being out bid twice for coils on Ebay I decided I will probably be ordering new coils for my 82 GS1100GK. I still have a little more trouble shooting to do, but I figured that new coils & wires are needed. I'd like a setup that is complete, coils and wires. All I have to do is install it. I know the information is here, but I am tired of searching through the lists of information my searchs are giving me. Thanks for the help!

When I was looking for coils for my '79 850 (which I thought I needed at the time but actually didn't) I called the Dynatek people at their office and they actually recommended a place, told me who to ask for that would get me a good price. It was the best deal I found (now I can't remember the place or person of course!). If you want Dyna coils it wouldn't hurt to try it. Go to Dynaonline.com or call 1-800-928-3962. Good luck.

If you are just looking for replacements try some from a bandit or GSX

Just won a set from a RF900, they look a little different, but they should work? $17.25 including shipping. I'm high bidder (only bidder) on another set just like these. I think I may have my problem solved, but I'm not sure after talking with my buddy from back home. He's been into auto \ farm implement repair for over 25 years and he said coils will fail when they get hot. That seemed to be my problem in the past, weird problems when things heated up. It won't hurt to have a spare set for the 850 if I win another set. Thanks for the Ebay links Lynn!

The only thing you need to do is change the plug caps

Search on Ebay for DC1-1. They are the green Dynatek 3.0 Ohm coils. I got new coils and copper core wires for $140 shipped overnight.
