    '80 GS1000 bolts

In order to change my front sprocket I was forced to drill the heads off of three of the sprocket cover bolts. I have been to all of the local hardware stores and the local bike shops, with no luck.

Does anyone by chance have these lying around or have a resource where I can get them? They are M6x1.0 threads.

If you are in a pinch, try McMaster-Carr. Their URL is http://www.mcmaster.com/ They've got a selection of metric cap screws. Go to their site and search for "Metric Cap Screws". On page 2920 of their catalog, they've got a bunch of 6mm x 1.0 in lengths from 8mm up to 50 mm. The down side is that you'll have to buy a whole box (quantity 100). But the whole box will cost between 3 and 10 bucks, depending on length. Then, you'll have a lifetime supply.
