need help to locate fuse box

I have a 1978 gs750 and I can't seem to find the fuse box I checked under the gas tank, the side pannels, and even under the seat. I found one squre box looking fuse under the side pannels and thats it. If anyone can help please let me know.
    thanks

The old style Buss fuse boxes have acover over them to protect the fuses.

Should be under the left, as your on the bike, side cover

You probably have only the one fuse, no fuse BLOCK. My 77 550 has just 1 main fuse and I'm guessing your 78 is the same.

        Fuses

Don't know if it'll be the same, but on my 1982 GS750, if you take off the seat, and pop off the plastic panel on the left side, underneath there's a metal plate screwed into the frame. Attached to this plate are the regulator (towards the back) and the fusebox (towards the front). The fusebox has I think 6 fuses and is covered by a white/transluscent plastic box which you can pop off to check the fuses.
