Used exhaust thoughts?

I have found a salvage yard nearby with a bike similar to mine. I was looking at the pipes on it and they look much nicer than mine. Is this something you can buy 2nd hand? Also if so what is the going prices on pipes? This has a 2-2 with an H pipe between. Dude told me 75$, but I dunno.

On another note if I was to attempt a custom 2-1 system, how can you tell what kind of canister you would need, what kinda things dictate the mufflers and the such.

That's a good price compared to up here. My local salvage yard wants $150 for a set of decent pipes.

Buy used is ok, just check underneath the pipes for any rust, surface rust is ok just make sure there are no holes.

If you can get the pipes for 75, and they are relatively rust free, I would jump on it. Other than an aftermarket pipe or paying out the A%& for an NOS set from Bikebandit, you can't go wrong
