Anyone around Phoenix have a spring compressor????

Or know where to buy one?
The shops here have equipment that won't fit on these old style springs...

I ordered this from snapon. Works like a champ on both my bikes, cars, and every other OHV I've ever worked on.

If you didn't buy the snapon one, give me a holla! you pay shipping (both ways) and you can borrow mine, I live in Louisiana. Phil.

I made mine with a large C-clamp and a spark plug socket. I cut a window in the side of the spark plug socket with a Dremel tool so I could reach the vale spring retainers, then drilled a hole through one end of the C-clamp and bolted the socket to it.

Total cost was about $7 for the C-clamp. I had the old cheapie spark plug socket and the bolt sitting around.
