    So far, so good. All screws/bolts/jets should be snug, except for the one you have highlighted.

    Assuming that the rest of the jets are properly clean, the mixture screws, carb sync screws and the idle speed adjuster are the only things that are adjustable.

    Have you looked in the Garage? The carb cleaning tutorial is right here. It's a nicely-done pdf file. Print it out for good reference material.
