    Proper Battery Charge

My battery spent the evening on a trickle charger. This morning its reading 16ish volts....

Is this battery still safe to throw back in the bike, or am I going to be blowing things up when doing so?

rotfl its obviously an analogue meter with the adjustment screw on the needle.

I ditched mine (Ok, so its in the shed still) in favour of all things digital a while back, far easier to read and much more accurate than my eyes.
